Jim has emerged as one of America’s experts on advertising, marketing and selling to Baby Boomer and senior customers. In 1991, he established Coming of Age, The 50+ Marketing Agency, focused upon helping clients capture and keep 50+ customers. Jim brings the experience of more than 25 years in business development and marketing & sales leadership positions. Serving as CEO and COO of two community service companies, and as Senior Vice President for a Chicago-based international health care system, he provided leadership to position the system as a leading provider of services and products to baby boomer and senior customers.

Adam works out of Google’s Cambridge, MA office as an Account Executive managing relationships with some of Google’s largest consumer health focused advertisers. Prior to Google, Adam spent the last decade building sales and business development functions in companies innovating in the ad tech space. Adam loves that on a daily basis at Google, he can offer his clients the ability to be at the forefront of innovation that drives business forward. In his free time, when he’s not chasing his two kids around, Adam enjoys surfing, cycling and photography.

Brian Yaro - Lever

Brian Yaro - Lever Interactive

Brian is the Manager, Digital-Paid Media at Lever Interactive. He helps lead the overall Paid Media practice – from strategy to client relationships, as well as the tactical execution. Brian’s career exposure to varying verticals and channels has provided insights that he now applies at Lever. Brian loves that on a daily basis at Lever Interactive, he has the opportunity to help clients identify digital, mobile and social solutions to drive them toward their business goals. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and watching and playing sports.
